IS THERE WIFI AND CELLULAR SERVICE AT THE LODGE?

There is wi-fi in every building, but little to no cell phone service on property!

CAN I SMOKE ON PROPERTY?

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in or within 10 feet of any building. Thanks for respecting this rule!

Please RSVP by July 20!

HOW DO I RSVP?

Click the RSVP link on the menu at the top of this page. You'll be prompted to enter your name: your last name OR first name works. You'll be able to RSVP for yourself AND anyone else in your party (on your invitation). Please don't forget to choose your meal! Reminder: if you have adult children who live separately from you, they may have their own invitation, and need to RSVP separately!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive to the ceremony location no later than 3:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

I HAVE MOBILITY CONCERNS...

Everything on site at the Lodge is within walking distance of each other, and there are golf carts operated by Lodge staff available for those in need of assistance. Use of golf carts needs to be scheduled in advance, so reach out to us directly by phone or email so we can coordinate one for you.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Cocktail / Semi-Formal! Appropriate attire includes tuxes and gowns, suits, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets & slacks. The ceremony & cocktail hour will be lakeside on grass, so maybe rethink stilettos!

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Heck yes! Your child/ren's name(s) should have been listed on your invitation. Please let us know if you need a highchair for your child; availability is limited, but we will put in a request. If you are interested in childcare, let us know in case others would like to pool resources!

CAN I BRING A +1?

Your invitation lists all the invited individuals from your group, and this is mirrored in the RSVP form. Given limited capacity at our venue, we have prioritized inviting our nearest and dearest. Thank you so much for understanding!

WHAT COLOR ARE THE BRIDESMAIDS WEARING?

The most perfect pink/purple color! If you know Loryn... it's her signature!

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Yes! There is a parking lot adjacent to the Taproom and Lodge if you are not staying on-property for the night.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM MY HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY?

If you are staying at Lake Bomoseen Lodge, no transportation is needed! You will be steps away from all of our events. If you are staying elsewhere, you must drive or secure your own transportation, as we will not have shuttles to and from any other location.

WILL THE FESTIVITIES BE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?

The ceremony will be lakeside uncovered, and the cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony will be lakeside under a tent. Both locations are weather dependent! The reception will be indoors in the Lodge.

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY AND/OR DIETARY NEED. CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?Yes, please! We have both vegetarian and gluten-free dinner options. We have accounted for some allergies for guests that we are aware of, but please let us know and we will share with the venue. We have information regarding gluten allergens already - please reach out for any information you need!

WHAT ARE YOU DOING AFTER THE WEDDING?

Celebrating, mingling, relaxing! We will be staying in Vermont until Tuesday the 27th. Besides getting married, we are most excited about quality time with everyone we love. If you are interested in staying a few days longer, or arriving a few days early, please let us know! We'd love to spend time with you.

WHEN IS THE HONEYMOON? WHERE ARE YOU GOING?

We'll be setting of on our honeymoon in September! Exact dates and location are TBD, but we're hoping to pull off a fire-and-ice type of trip. Any guesses? :)
